Releases data, code, and documentation and fosters cross-site collaborations to accelerate scientific progress. By making resources public and encouraging standardized practices, they increase transparency, enable secondary analyses, and support large-scale studies that combine datasets to address questions requiring greater statistical power or diverse populations.
